How to use
We suggest you start with a smaller amount of 1 scoop (included), for 7-10 days, where after you may double the intake. If you are using this as a protein supplement pre-/post workout, we suggest you use the equivalent grams of protein you would normally use.

1 cup (8.5 oz) quality brewed coffee/tea
