The FIT Lady pack has 3 patches, all placed on the same day, and remains in place for a 5 – day treatment period.
FIT Lady patches may assist in the relief of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhoea).
It is recommended that this patch is applied with assistance.
Apply the patch to the lower back area (please refer to image above).
Carefully detach a small section of the patch at the edge of one of the side wings.
Position and attach this exposed edge at the point halfway from the main area of the source of pain at the base of the spine.
Slowly detach the rest of the patch from the backing sheet while applying pressure as the patch unrolls and adheres to the skin.
Hold down the patch for approximately 2 minutes for maximum adherence.
FIT Lady patches are not to be used on open wounds, sensitive skin or on broken or reddened (inflamed) skin. The products are non-sterile and do not contain any form of medication.
If you suffer from specific blood circulatory problems (particularly related to microcirculation) or muscular problems, seek the advice of your Healthcare Practitioner before applying the patches.
Do not apply a patch if it shows any sign of wear or defect. If any reactions to a patch occur, for example itchiness or reddening, remove the patch immediately.
Keep the patch in the plastic pouch until use. Store at or below 25 °C.
