Pour 50ml, or as required, The Health Nut’s 100% Organic & Hexane Free Cold Pressed Castor oil onto a warm plate and spread evenly. Place the pack, beige material side down, onto the plate and circulate the material to cover the area required with castor oil.

Place the pack onto the body part and tie in place. Cover with a warm hot water bottle or heated pack. Place a warm towel over the body to cover the pack if required.

Allow the Organic Castor oil to draw out toxins for 6-8 hours.

Repeat as often as is necessary.

Hand wash in hot water using natural soap.
